Stay Connected with the Xplor Home App
The Xplor Home app is your window into your child's day. Through the app, you receive real-time photos and videos of your child's activities, daily health summaries covering sleep, meals, and toileting, direct messages from educators, financial statements, and the ability to book additional sessions. Download Xplor Home free from the App Store or Google Play.
You Are Always Welcome
Treehouse operates an open-door policy. Parents, grandparents, and family members are welcome to visit the centre at any time during operating hours. You do not need to make an appointment. Educators are available for a brief chat at drop-off and pick-up. If you would like a longer conversation, contact the centre to arrange a mutually convenient time.

We take parent feedback seriously, and your input helps us continue improving the experience for all families.
Drop-Off, Pick-Up, and What to Pack
Signing in and out
You must sign your child in on arrival and out at pick-up. This is a legal requirement and is for your child's safety. If someone other than yourself will be collecting your child, please notify the centre in writing in advance. If the person collecting has not visited the centre before, they may be asked to provide photo identification.
What to bring each day
The centre provides nappies, meals, sunscreen, and hats. Please bring a spare set of named clothing in a labelled bag or backpack, any comfort items your child uses such as a dummy, blanket, or a special toy. Label every item with your child's first and last name.
Operating hours and late collection
The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you need to collect your child after 6:30pm, a late collection fee applies: $50 for the first 15 minutes and $2 per minute after that. If you are running late, please call the centre as soon as possible so educators can be informed.
Notifying the centre of absence
If your child will be absent, please notify the centre via the Xplor Home app or by calling (08) 8261 1788 as early as possible. Daily fees apply on absent days and public holidays.
Health, Safety, and Food at Treehouse
Illness and exclusion
If your child is unwell, their home is the best place for them to recover. Please do not bring your child to the centre if they have a temperature above 37.8 degrees Celsius, vomiting or diarrhoea, a contagious illness, or any symptoms that may affect others. The centre manager may ask you to collect your child if they become unwell during the day. A medical clearance document may be required before your child returns after certain illnesses.
Medication
The centre does not administer paracetamol or medications that mask symptoms of illness. If your child requires medication during care, a parent must complete and sign a medication record. The medication must be in its original container with a prescription label or doctor's note specifying the dose and purpose. Medication must be handed directly to a staff member and never left in a bag.
Sun protection
SPF 30+ sunscreen is applied by educators to all children at least 20 minutes before outdoor play and reapplied at least every two hours. Broad-brimmed or legionnaire hats are required for all outdoor play and are provided by the centre. Sun protection measures follow Cancer Council SA and Department for Education guidelines.
Food and allergies
All meals and snacks are provided by the centre. The centre does not supply or serve any nut-based products. Due to our Food Safety Program, children may not share food brought from home. If your child has specific dietary requirements, allergies, or cultural food preferences, discuss these with our team before enrolment so we can accommodate them appropriately.
Dental health
The centre limits sugary foods and ensures fresh water is always available. Free six-monthly dental check-up visits are provided to all enrolled children by qualified dental specialists who visit the centre on-site.
