Enrolling Your Child at Treehouse: Simple, Clear, and Welcoming
Choosing a childcare centre is one of the biggest decisions your family will make. At Treehouse, we want the process to feel straightforward, not overwhelming. From your first enquiry to your child's first day, our team is with you every step of the way.
Centre Director Zarna Shah and our educators are available to answer your questions, show you around our facilities, and help you understand exactly what to expect. We believe you should feel completely confident before your child starts.

What Happens After You Enquire?
Many parents tell us that the hardest part is not knowing what comes next. Here is exactly what to expect when you reach out to Treehouse.
Within one business day of your enquiry, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your child's age, your preferred days, and any specific needs or questions. We will confirm whether we have places available for your required days and, if so, arrange a centre tour at a time that suits your schedule.
During your tour, Centre Director Zarna Shah or a senior educator will show you through each of our six rooms, our two outdoor playgrounds, and our three sandpits. You will meet the educators who would be working with your child, and you will have the opportunity to ask anything on your mind.
After your tour, if you are ready to proceed, we will send you the enrolment form. Completing the form usually takes around 15 minutes. Once submitted, your child's place is confirmed, and we will set up your family's profile in the Xplor Home app so that from day one you can receive photos, videos, and daily updates directly to your phone
We also arrange orientation visits before your child's first official day, giving them the chance to meet their educators and explore the space while you are still present. This makes the settling-in process much smoother for children and parents alike
